主梁部分
1、 主梁采用方箱形钢结构设计,与传统的起初简易型行车类似,自重更重;
2、 主焊缝均进行无损探伤;
3、 钢板材料为国内通用钢材(Q235B);
4、 垂直挠度为按中国国家标准;
5、 与我国传统有起重机一样所有钢板进行抛丸预处理,达到Sa2.5级标准化;
6、 焊接前仔细检查和清洁钢板,通常由自动焊机时行焊接(MIG或半自动焊);
端梁部分
1、端梁为矩形钢管或钢板焊接成型,成型后的端梁在数控机床一次定位加工,达到允许的偏差范围,确保民族尺寸精度和配合公差;
2、每个端梁配有双轮缘的车轮、缓冲器和防出轨保护装置;
3、双梁起重机在沿主梁方向大车驱动侧布置维修平台(维修走道);
4、主梁和端梁采用高强度螺栓连接,确保整机精度和运行平稳
Main beam section
1. The main beam adopts a square box shaped steel structure design, which is similar to the traditional simple type of crane at the beginning and has a heavier self weight;
2. All main welds shall undergo non-destructive testing;
3. The steel plate material is commonly used domestically (Q235B);
4. The vertical deflection is in accordance with Chinese national standards;
5. Like traditional cranes in China, all steel plates undergo shot blasting pretreatment to achieve Sa2.5 level standardization;
6. Carefully inspect and clean the steel plate before welding, usually using an automatic welding machine (MIG or semi-automatic welding);
End beam section
1. The end beam is formed by welding rectangular steel pipes or steel plates, and the formed end beam is positioned and processed in one step on a CNC machine tool to achieve the allowable deviation range, ensuring national dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance;
2. Each end beam is equipped with dual wheel rims, buffers, and anti derailment protection devices;
3. A maintenance platform (maintenance walkway) is arranged on the driving side of the double beam crane along the main beam direction;
4. The main beam and end beam are connected with high-strength bolts to ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of the entire machine
